These Terms govern your use of Suspectdoku (package com.astrobyte.suspectdoku), provided by AstroByte. By downloading or using the game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the game.
1. License
AstroByte grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the game for lawful, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these Terms and applicable store rules.
2. Acceptable use
You may not reverse engineer the game except where law expressly permits it; bypass security controls; manipulate energy, progress, or other game systems; distribute modified copies; infringe intellectual-property rights; or use the game unlawfully or in a way that harms others.
3. Game progress and availability
Progress, energy, and settings are generally stored locally. Clearing app storage, uninstalling the game, resetting progress, device failure, or changing devices may permanently remove them. We do not guarantee restoration of local progress. Features, cases, and availability may change as the game is maintained.
4. No account on Google Play
The Google Play edition does not require an AstroByte account and does not use AstroByte login or game servers. You are responsible for keeping local device data as you prefer.
5. Intellectual property
The game, artwork, characters, logos, text, audio, code, and other content are owned by AstroByte or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership to you. Google Play and Google are trademarks of their respective owners and do not sponsor this website.
6. Third-party services
The game is distributed through Google Play. Your use of Google Play is also subject to Google’s applicable terms and policies.
7. Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the game is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not promise uninterrupted operation, error-free gameplay, or compatibility with every device. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AstroByte will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, or loss arising from reliance on game availability. Any mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected.
9. Termination
You may stop using the game at any time. We may suspend features or terminate access when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, service discontinuation, or a serious violation of these Terms.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms. The revised version will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

4. Google Play 版本不提供帳號
Google Play 版本不要求 AstroByte 帳號，也不使用 AstroByte 登入或遊戲伺服器。您可自行決定如何保存裝置上的本地資料。
5. 智慧財產權
遊戲、畫面、角色、標識、文字、音訊、程式碼及其他內容歸 AstroByte 或其許可方所有，並受適用法律保護。本條款不會向您轉讓所有權。Google Play 與 Google 是各自權利人的商標，其並未贊助本網站。
6. 第三方服務
遊戲透過 Google Play 發行。您對 Google Play 的使用也受 Google 適用條款和政策約束。
7. 免責聲明

9. 終止
您可以隨時停止使用遊戲。出於安全、法律合規、停止服務或嚴重違反本條款等合理原因，我們可能暫停部分功能或終止存取。
10. 條款變更
我們可能更新本條款。修訂版會在此發布並更新生效日期；在法律允許的情況下，更新後繼續使用即表示接受。
